| What is an Angel/Devil? |
| They are two new unique classes pitted against each other in an eternal war.
Each Spirit Class has their own Home Zone, Heaven and Hell. This is basically an
all out PK class vs class setup. The Classes are kept simple to maintain an even
balance so that majorly, personal skill, and minorly, time spent on the char, will
detemine who is the better. |
| Whos is elegitable? |
Any fully metaed Hero(ine). Only ONE character PER PERSON is allowed to go
through the Ascention and Decension process. This means you may have both one Angel
and one Devil. However, you can only have your second character after you have reached
level 75 in your first. Your current class determines your destination.
Here is the breakdown---
Angels = Templar, Mercenary, Mindflayer, Enchanter, Chanter, Guardian
Devils = DarkKnight, Thief, Shogun, Sorcerer, DeathMage, Virago

| What is my Character like? |
| The process is relatively painless. With one simple stroke, an Implementor
rips your soul from your body and sends it to Hevaen or Hell. At this point you are
now two seperate beings. Upon login you have the choice of playing either character.
As for your new Spirit...All stats are automatically 25/25. Your AC is MAX and you
start out with 50% elemental resists for all elements. Your regen rate is
accelerated and your gains are initially large and will reduce in ammount the more
levels you gain.
Your Character also has certain permanent powers like the ability to pass
through any door along with basic things such as True Seeing, Sanctuary, Water
Breath, Fly, PFE/PFG, Demonic/Saintly Bond, etc.
You can only group with others Spirits of your type. |
| What abilities do I have? |
| You have damage, evasive, and healing skills/spells, plus some unique
abilities as a Spirit. Each Spirit has similar but polar powers that are granted
at certain levels.
You also have at your Home Zone, a special portal room that can be used
to teleport all in the room into the Home zone of your enemies. Use this wisely. |
| How do I gain power? |
| You gain expeience by killing mobs and warring Spirits (enemy Angels or Devils)
There is no end to the levels you can gain which means there is no limit to your Life,
Mana, Move or Damage potential.
You attack things by using 'kill' or casting offnsive spells. Once you have
inflicted any damage to a mob, it becomes 'Cursed'. If the mob regns to full the
cursed status is lifted. What this means is any mob that dies 'cursed' will have
it's corpse instantly whisked away to your Spirit God. |
| Is there a way to gain more power? |
| You also have a bonus value of Evilness or Holyness that can go up or down
from things such as raids, quests, or great accomplishments or devout servitude.
This vaue affects a number of things such as hit damage. |
| Any way I can loose my powers? |
| An Angel and Devil must remain true to their calling. If an Angel's align
drops below good, their powers are forsaken and only given back upon the restitution
of alignment to good. The same but opposite align rules goes for Devils. |
| What about Equipment? |
| You will only be able to wear things specifically designed for your Class.
You will be given the opprtunity to transfer all equipment off onto another Character
of your choice before Ascending or Descending. |
| What if I die? |
| If the killing blow is from a MOB or a higher level Enemy Spirit you loose
all your current EXP and are returned to your Home Zone to lick your wounds. If you
die to the hands of an Enemy Spirit your level or lower, you not only loose all
of your current EXP, but also an entire Level and all its EXP and any gains aquired
at that level.
If you are slain in your own Home Zone by a raiding enemy Spirit, your body
is frozen for a period of time. |
| Any special things? |
- You have your own chat channel called SpiritChat that only same Spirits/Imms can see
plus a channel just for Angels and Devils.
- You have a 'soar' skill. see the helpfile
- The Absolution and Premeditate skill are modified to advance your align much faster
- The Bone Spirit and Saint spell are modified to restore you, not hurt you
- You neither age, nor need to eat or drink
- There is an Ascend and Descend command tht alows warring Spirits to do raids
